ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist who works at the Brighton Therapy Centre, as well as from my home in Worthing. I am trained existentially - which means that my approach is broadly philosophical although my work is also informed by the insights of contemporary psychoanalysis.

EXPERIENCE

As well as my private practice, I have also worked in the charity sector, providing one-to-one support for people who are suicidal, and to vulnerable adults who are at risk of sexual offending.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a script editor and producer in television.
